Off The Spots Privacy Policy

Your Music and iCloud

Your songs, audio tracks, sheet music, and set lists are stored on your devices and synced between them using your private iCloud account. I do not have access to your private iCloud library or store a copy on my own servers.

Apple handles iCloud storage and syncing under its Privacy Policy.

Analytics and Diagnostics

Off The Spots does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics services. It does not independently collect or send me logs of your activity.

Apple may provide crash reports and usage statistics according to your device’s analytics-sharing settings. If you use a TestFlight beta, Apple automatically collects and shares crash reports and usage information with me. TestFlight feedback may also include information you provide, such as screenshots, your name, or your email address. See Apple’s TestFlight privacy notice.

I use this information only to troubleshoot problems and improve Off The Spots.

Purchases

Apple processes purchases and subscriptions through the App Store. Off The Spots receives the transaction information needed to provide paid features, but I do not receive your payment card details.

Contacting Me

If you contact me for support or send feedback, I receive the information you choose to share, including your email address and message. I use it to respond and provide support. Information I receive is kept only as long as needed for support, troubleshooting, or legal obligations.

I do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

Managing Your Data

You can view, edit, and delete your music library within Off The Spots. When iCloud syncing is active, those changes sync to your other devices. Removing the app does not necessarily remove its data from iCloud; you can manage iCloud storage through your device’s settings.

Changes and Questions

If this policy changes, I will update this page.
